ClearCorrect Clear Aligners

ClearCorrect is an excellent cosmetic braces option for adult patients with minimal tooth misalignment. Made of translucent, BPA-free plastic, ClearCorrect aligners snap directly over your teeth and move your teeth from multiple angles. This design helps them to work efficiently and without the need for fixed metal appliances.

What to Expect

Your invisible braces are made by taking an impression or digital scan of your teeth. ClearCorrect labs use this information to virtually map the movement of each tooth until we have a mock-up of what the results will look like.

Next, your pre-programmed orthodontic trays will be fabricated and delivered to our office. You’ll stop by Parramatta Green Dental about every 6-8 weeks to pick up a few sets of aligners at a time (and have us evaluate your smile to ensure everything is moving along properly).

Wear your ClearCorrect aligners for at least 20 hours per day, only taking them out when it’s time to eat, brush or floss. Change them out as prescribed, which is usually every two weeks. If you lose an aligner, let us know as soon as possible. If you’re close to the end of your two weeks, you can wear the next tray. Otherwise, keep your most recent set of old aligners on hand for such an event.

Are You a Candidate for Treatment?

ClearCorrect is designed for adults, but older and more mature teens can wear them as well. You’ll need to be dedicated to keeping up with your treatment as directed—including when to change the trays out—and have a smile that’s free of cavities or gum disease.

During your evaluation, we’ll discuss if ClearCorrect is right for you. If it isn’t, another cosmetic option such as ceramic braces could be your best choice.
